Racix reserves the right to make any editorial changes to this website without prior consent.
We conform to the Distance Selling Regulations, which protect the consumer buying items via mail order. In order to receive a refund, please ensure you can meet the following criteria...
- Goods must not be fitted or used
- Goods must be in their original packaging
- Goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt
- Goods must be sent via recorded delivery, with a tracking number
Unfortunately we are unable to reimburse any postage costs. Please pack your item with care, being careful not to attach any tape or labels to the products retail packaging.
