At Racix we use Parcel Force and Royal Mail to deliver your items. All high value shipments are tracked and will require a signature. If there is nobody in when our courier calls, they will leave a card and you can either pick up at your local depot, or rearrange the delivery to a date that suits you.

All small items are usually dispatched the same working day so long as payment is made before 2pm. Larger deliveries tend to be picked up by our courier the next working day. However, this enables us to keep processing your orders until 10pm each evening. Within 24 hours of your transaction you will receive an email with detailed tracking information. Please allow 2 to 3 working day's for your delivery to arrive.

Free postage applies to UK customers with an order value of £50 or more, otherwise a standard carriage charge of £5.95 will be applied. At this moment in time we do not have set international shipping rates. For shipments outside of the UK please email info@racix.com for an individual quote.
